Emma Morley

Prior to relocation, Emma enjoyed a successful career with Tesco where she spent twelve years in various management positions both in their retail sites all over the UK, and also Head Office. This equipped her with knowledge of how a blue chip corporation works from the inside and also formed the foundation for her strong customer focus ethic. Her time with Tesco has provided her with a wide skill set including understanding the customer both in terms of what drives their behaviour and how to exceed their expectations in service and innovation.

It has also given her the ability to; communicate with a wide spectrum of people across all levels, deliver to deadlines and budgets even when they change during the course of a project, successfully work with others to achieve a common goal, and effectively develop business processes. She was proprietor of the business for four years before becoming a director alongside Kirsti in April 2008.

Kirsti Fell

Kirsti took her first step into the property market at 21 and went on to buy, develop, renovate, let and sell various properties. She did this whilst in full time employment as a corporate accounts manager in the technical publications industry, where she gained valuable experience in selling and delivering professional products and services, developing efficient processes and communicating across all levels.

In 2006 she joined Executive Relocation Plus becoming a consultant and managing her own accounts before joining Emma as a director in April 2008.

Philippa Mills

Philippa joined us in May 2008 and brings with her 5 years of valuable estate agency and relocation experience. Prior to working in property, Philippa served as a police officer in Thames Valley Police for 13 years. This experience has equipped her to deal with people in challenging circumstances, communicate on many different levels, problem solve, be self motivated, organised, and able to think on her feet; taking responsibility for own decisions and working to deadlines.

Philippa is currently gaining knowledge of our systems and processes and undergoing in house training to become the third Relocation Account Manager within our team.
