Despite stiff competition from major international relocation companies we have been judged overall winners for South East England and runners up for London.

The aim of these awards is to distinguish the highest levels of achievement in a range of property related fields, not only promoting a better deal for consumers, but also raising professional standards and credibility of property finders and relocation agents in the industry as a whole.

Chaired by Eric Pickles, British Shadow Secretary of State, the thirty six judges included Imtiaz Farookhi, CEO of the National House Building Council, Peter Bolton King, CEO of The National Association of Estate Agents, and Phil Spencer, property expert and presenter of Channel 4's Location and Relocation TV shows.
