- Fees are dependent upon the exact service required and will be provided in writing, following initial discussions.
- A non refundable deposit of £500 is charged before we commence work on your behalf. This will be deducted from the final fee.
- The final fee is charged at the time of moving into the rented accommodation, or in the case of a purchase, on the exchange of contracts.
- VAT is added to all invoices at the prevailing rate.
- Costs of additional services are agreed on an individual basis.
